"Some of my symptoms started in 2014 after I contracted a flu and stomach infection in the Seychelles, which led to long-term fatigue and a variety of neurological symptoms. These symptoms followed me to Bolivia, where I was also doing volunteer work, and continued to progress, so I had to cancel my trip.
After years of seeing doctors, the diagnosis was finally clear: ME/CFS.

After an unexpected improvement in my condition between 2016 and 2018, and despite my illness, I am pursuing an apprenticeship and career in the film industry - an occupation that I was no longer able to pursue after my big crash in 2021.
During this time, I was looking for opportunities to get involved as an activist and became involved as Creative Director at Mirame Arts eV, where we implemented several film projects on the topic of ME/CFS.
However, since December 2023 I have been bedridden with Bell 10-20.

Despite these challenges, with a lot of blood, sweat and tears and above all passion, I founded Biovora and hope for a bright future for all of us."
